Who Qualifies for Free Upgrades?
To be eligible for the Home Winterproofing Program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Hold an Enbridge Gas account in their name.
- Heat their home with a natural gas furnace or boiler (electrically heated homes must apply through the Energy Affordability Program).
